Mindenhurst Village is set to deliver over 1,200 new homes, complemented by amenities such as a primary school, sports facilities, and expansive green spaces. Within this masterplan, Cala Homes has secured approval for over 200 homes of which SA Scaffolding is the preferred supplier- featuring a mix of two to four-bedroom houses and one to two-bedroom apartments

Notably, these residences are designed with sustainability at their core, which typically feature timber frame construction, air-source heat pumps, and EV charging points to promote a low-carbon lifestyle.​
